E3 Workshop

Following on the success of the E3 workshop at INANE 2019, we are pleased to announce that we will be doing it again! What is E3? It stands for Extreme Education for Editors. This pre-conference workshop is designed to help new editors become familiar with essential content for their role; more seasoned editors can also attend and brush up on their skills and knowledge. Organized by two experienced editors, Leslie Nicoll and Peggy Chinn, who are leaders in INANE, the workshop will also feature a host of well-experienced and highly qualified speakers who are eager to share their experience and knowledge with participants.

Even though the face-to-face INANE meeting has been postponed for one year, we will still be having the E3 workshop as a virtual event on August 2, from 10 am to 6 pm (eastern).

Our virtual event will include the same dynamic speakers–8 editors and 2 publishers. It will be held by Zoom. Ample time for networking, questions, and discussion will be included in the schedule. Each participant will receive a copy of the third edition (revised in 2019) of The Editor’s Handbook, by Leslie Nicoll and Peggy Chinn, published by Lippincott. You can register for this event by clicking here.
